A quote produced on this website is an estimate of price based on the details you entered and the rates published at that moment. It does not hold a vehicle, does not confirm availability and is not a contract. Work becomes a confirmed reservation only when our team accepts it in writing.

Where an itinerary cannot be priced automatically — unusually long distances, more than three additional stops, coach and group work, multi-day or multi-city programs — the request is routed to a coordinator who confirms the price in writing.

All pricing is calculated on our servers against the published tariff and recorded with the quote, so a later change to our rates does not alter a quote already issued. Transfer pricing is based on the routed one-way distance for the addresses you provide, subject to the minimum fare for the vehicle category. Hourly service is billed against the booked hours, subject to the category minimum.

A mandatory 20% chauffeur gratuity is applied to the base transportation fare and is shown as a separate line on every quote.

Some amounts cannot be known when a quote is issued and are billed only if they occur: waiting time beyond the complimentary period, bridge tolls actually incurred, parking or venue access fees, positioning and return time for as-directed work outside the operating area, and additional stops, hours or destinations added on the day. These are itemised on the final invoice at the published rates.

Notice windows, late-cancellation charges and no-show terms are set out in our cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

Vehicle categories are offered against the passenger and luggage counts you provide. Where the actual party or luggage exceeds the category booked, we may need to substitute a larger vehicle at the applicable rate, or may be unable to carry the party. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Chauffeurs may decline or end a journey where continuing would be unsafe or unlawful.

We plan routes and timing conservatively, but traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes and other conditions outside our control can affect arrival times. We are not liable for consequential losses such as missed flights, meetings or connections. Where a delay is caused by us, we will work with you on an appropriate remedy.

We will make reasonable efforts to return property left in a vehicle, but we cannot accept responsibility for items left behind.
