Privacy policy

When you request a quote or send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, telephone number, company name where given, pickup and drop-off addresses, stops, dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, flight details where relevant, and any notes or instructions you add.

Our servers also record technical information necessary to operate the site securely, including a one-way hashed form of your network address used solely to limit automated abuse of the quote endpoint. We do not store your raw network address for this purpose.

We use the information to calculate a quote, to respond to your request, to arrange and perform transportation, and to keep a record of what was quoted and agreed.

Every quote is stored with a snapshot of the rates that produced it, so the price you were shown can be reproduced later. That record includes the trip details and your contact details.

Address autocomplete, geocoding, routing, distance and travel-time calculations and map display are provided by Google Maps Platform. Addresses you type or select are sent to Google to return suggestions and routes, and are handled under Google's own privacy terms.

Our website hosting and database are operated on managed cloud infrastructure. Data is stored in the United States.

We do not sell your information. We do not share passenger details with third parties for marketing. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.

Quote and booking records are retained for as long as necessary to operate the service, resolve billing questions and meet legal and tax obligations. Abuse-protection records are retained for a short rolling period and then deleted.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for deletion where we are not required to retain it. Write to us and we will respond.

If this policy changes we will update this page. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated directly.
